BILL OF QUANTITIES (BOQ)

Our Bill of Quantities are measured in accordance with the Australian and British Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works. Prepared BOQs form part of majority of projects and priced in accordance with the requirements of a contract.

Detailed specifications and schedules are used in generating the quantities for a project. Our experienced team of Quantity Surveyors also develop Bill of Materials (BOM). The schedule of materials helps our clients in procurement and contributes to detailed project cost analysis.
